MC4 Evo 2 Connectors

Staubli MC4 Evo 2 pairs are available in 4mm, 6mm, and 10mm cable sizes. The Evo 2 is the world's first dual-certified DC 1500V connector, offering enhanced safety and compatibility with both standard MC4 and MC4-Evo2 mated connectors. The MC4 Evo Ready 4/6mm pair provides a cost-effective option for standard voltage systems.

Pins

Replacement crimp pins are available for all MC4 Evo 2 sizes: 4mm and 6mm Female, 4mm and 6mm Male, 10mm Female, and 10mm Male — for assembling connectors on-site with the correct crimping tool.

Branch Connectors

Staubli Joining MC4 Branch Connector Pairs (standard MC4) and MC4 Evo 2 Branch Connector Pairs provide three-cable Y-junction connections, enabling string combining without additional junction boxes.

In-Line Fuses

Staubli in-line fuses with official MC4 connectors are available in 10A, 15A, and 20A ratings for string overcurrent protection.

Pre-Crimped Cable Assemblies

Pre-crimped 4mm² DC cable assemblies with Staubli MC4 Evo 2 connectors are available in 2m, 5m, and 10m lengths. Pre-crimped assemblies with standard Staubli MC4s are available in 5m and 10m lengths. All cable assemblies are supplied as matched positive/negative pairs.
