We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from us. We take great pride in the quality of the products we sell, and supporting our customers with great customer service is our top priority.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow these guidelines and we will do all we can to help you return your purchase to us.

Damaged Products

Any damaged items must be recorded at the time of delivery - the driver has time alloted to allow you 15 minutes to inspect the delivered goods.

If there are any damaged items this must be recorded on the delivery note.

Please ensure you also call or email us with details as soon as possible to allow us to deal with any issues.

Regrettably, we will be unable to replace any damaged items if not recorded on delivery.

If you believe your product has been damaged during transit, please contact Speedy Power as soon as the damage is identified.

All goods ordered as stated on the delivery note will be deemed to have been delivered and accepted if we are not contacted in a timely fashion.

Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to the buyer at the time of delivery.

What to do if your product is damaged:

If item(s) are found to be damaged upon arrival, the delivery note must be signed for as ‘Damaged on Arrival’ in the remarks or signature line. This will be the primary documentation used to make a claim.

If item(s) are found to be damaged after the delivery note is signed, then no claim can be made against our courier or Speedy Power.

Please ensure goods are checked thoroughly upon arrival as you are signing to confirm they are in good condition unless otherwise stated.

In the unlikely event that products are found to be damaged inside the packaging then please contact Speedy Power immediately. All claims are fully investigated.

Speedy Power offers no guarantee of refund or replacement if it cannot be proved that the product was damaged prior to delivery. Any claim must be made within 10 working days of delivery if a product is deemed to be damaged on arrival.

Please provide the following information:

  • Order/shipment number
  • Photographic evidence of the items including packaging
  • Please note packaging is not covered under warranty

Once we have agreed return of the product, we will provide you with the address of the warehouse the product needs to be returned to.

Do not send any item before you have been provided with these details and your returns authorisation number, as the items will not be accepted by our warehouse.

In case of any return, we recommend you use a tracked and insured service.

Speedy Power will not be liable for any loss incurred by any returned item being damaged in transit and/or not arriving with us.

Unwanted Products

All customers who place orders online with us have a right to cancel their order within 31 days of receiving the goods.

Customers can return any re-saleable undamaged and functioning product, unopened and in its original packaging to the Speedy Power warehouse and receive a refund or credit note.

In this case, you must contact Speedy Power within 31 days from delivery and return the goods to us within 14 days of informing us.

Customers are eligible for a 100% refund of the returned products invoiced selling price for all returned re-saleable items including VAT.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund any delivery charges incurred returning the goods to Speedy Power, or any delivery charges incurred in sending the goods to you originally.

Once we have agreed return of the product, we will provide you with the address of the warehouse the product needs to be returned to.

Do not send any item before you have been provided with these details and your returns authorisation number, as the items will not be accepted by our warehouse.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all the packaging is adequate and in the case of electrical items that these are still in their original packaging, unopened, undamaged and unused.

Failure to do so may incur additional costs or goods being returned to you. Please ensure you send all original parts. If goods are returned and are not saleable, i.e. parts missing or previously used, the return will be rejected, and a refund or credit will not be given.

The return will be checked and once verified the item(s) are saleable, a refund will be issued, or a credit note will be added to your account within 14 days of receipt of the return.

Non-saleable items will not receive a refund or credit note and the goods must be collected from Speedy Power within one calendar month from notification, if no collection takes place within the stated period the goods may be re-cycled.

In case of any return, we recommend you use a tracked and insured service.

Faulty Products

If you believe your product to be faulty, please contact Speedy Power as soon as the fault is identified, ideally within 10 days from delivery otherwise all goods ordered as stated on the delivery note will be deemed to have been delivered and accepted as fit for purpose.

Risk of damage to or loss of goods, passes to the buyer at time of delivery.

What to do if your product is faulty:

All items believed to be faulty are referred to our Technical Support Team. They will then contact you and may ask you to perform tests to establish the cause of the problem and if possible, rectify it.

If phase one of testing is unsuccessful, Speedy Power will advise the next step to resolve the problem, as each manufacturer has a different process to adhere to.

Where possible, if a product is deemed to have been faulty at the time of manufacture, Speedy Power will arrange for a replacement from the manufacturer to be delivered.

Or if you do not wish to wait for the manufacturer to replace your item, Speedy Power may replace the goods.

In the latter case your account will be fully charged, until the manufacturer confirms faulty.

If no fault is found by the manufacturer the item may be returned to you and no credit will be issued by Speedy Power.

If you have already purchased a replacement product in the interim, both charges will apply.

Not Ordered

What to do if you receive a product you did not order:

If you have received an incorrect product, please contact Speedy Power with the following information:

  • Order/shipment number
  • Part number
  • Photograph of goods delivered

Speedy Power will then investigate, and if it is confirmed that we have sent you the incorrect item we will send the replacement and organise collection of the incorrect item at your convenience.

Other Information

When will my refund/credit be applied?

We aim to process your claim and issue a refund to the original payment method used, or credit your account, within 14 days of us receiving your returned goods.

Can I change my mind and keep my goods?

Yes. If you change your mind and decide to keep your purchase within the 31-day return period and do not want to return your items, please ensure you cancel the return by contacting us.

Can I choose whether to receive a refund or credit?

Yes. Returning items is enough hassle, we're here to help in any way and will be as flexible as possible.
