Where we ship — We ship to mainland UK. For other locations, contact us for a quote before ordering.
Delivery options and charges — Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the products, quantity and delivery destination. Most products are delivered on a pallet by our trusted courier partners. Delivery day and time-window options (where available) can be selected at checkout.
Dispatch and delivery times — We aim to dispatch promptly on receipt of cleared payment. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Receiving your delivery — Someone must be present to receive and sign for the goods. Please inspect the delivery on arrival and note any damage on the delivery note (see our Refund & Returns Policy).
