Shipping & Delivery

We offer multiple shipping & delivery options for all our products. Simply enter your postcode in the cart or checkout, and any relevant shipping charges will be automatically calculated. When you get to the checkout page, you will be able to select your chosen delivery day and if you need it, delivery time too.

Options available

  • Next day (standard) available for all orders placed by 12pm
  • AM - before 10:30
  • AM - 08:00 - 13:00
  • PM - 12:00 - 18:00

Most of our products will be shipped on a pallet by one of our trusted courier partners.

You must be present at the delivery address in order to receive and sign for your goods.

This Delivery Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of products purchased from Speedy Power ("Speedy Power", "we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order with Speedy Power, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

  1. Delivery Methods: Speedy Power offers standard delivery services for all orders. Delivery methods may include but are not limited to courier services, postal services, or other reliable delivery providers.
  2. Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination address and the availability of the products. Speedy Power aims to dispatch orders promptly upon receipt of payment. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
  3. Delivery Charges: Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. These charges are based on the delivery destination, order weight, and shipping method selected. Speedy Power reserves the right to change delivery charges at any time without prior notice.
  4. Delivery Address: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information, including the recipient's name, delivery address with the correct postcode, and contact details. Speedy Power shall not be liable for any delays or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by you.
  5. Delivery Tracking: Where available, Speedy Power may provide order tracking information to allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please note that tracking information may not be available for all orders or delivery methods.
  6. Damaged Goods/Delivery Acceptance: Any damaged items must be recorded at the time of delivery - the driver has time allotted to allow you 15 minutes to inspect the delivered goods.

    If there are any damaged items this must be recorded on the delivery note.

    Please ensure you also call or email us with details as soon as possible to allow us to deal with any issues.

    Regrettably, we will be unable to replace any damaged items if not recorded on delivery. Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect the package for any visible signs of damage or tampering before accepting the delivery. If the package appears to be damaged or tampered with, you should refuse delivery and contact us immediately.   7. Delivery Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of orders, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or customs clearance procedures. Speedy Power shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from delivery delays.
  8. International Deliveries: We only ship to mainland UK as part of our online service. For any location other than mainland UK, please contact one of our team using the contact form with details of the items you'd like to purchase and the delivery location. We will then be able to provide you with a quote and manually process your order. For international deliveries, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost. It is your responsibility to pay any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
  9. Delivery Notifications: Speedy Power may send delivery notifications or updates via email or SMS to keep you informed about the status of your order and delivery.
